End User License Agreement
Last updated: 27 August 2026
Inertia Training does not use a custom End User License Agreement. Instead, your license to use the app is Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies automatically to any app distributed through the App Store whose developer hasn't supplied their own. You can read it in full at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
What it covers
Apple's standard agreement is a software license: it governs your right to install and run the app on Apple-supported devices, sets out that the license is personal and non-transferable, disclaims warranties on Apple's part, and limits Apple's liability as the App Store operator. Apple is not the licensor of the app's content or the provider of the service; we are.
What it doesn't cover
Apple's agreement doesn't say anything about what Inertia Training actually does, how it connects to your intervals.icu account, or how we handle your data. Those are covered by our own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply alongside Apple's agreement and are the ones that matter for anything specific to this app.
